Our Laboratories are located in Barking, Essex and ideally situated close to the A13, M11 and M25 motorways.

Samples can be dropped off directly to our laboratory between Monday and Friday from 9am and 5:00pm or evenings and weekends with prior arrangement.

Our drivers can deliver sample containers and collect prepared samples from your premises in our dedicated, fully equipped fleet of temperature managed vehicles.

For the convenience of our customers, we also provide a network of refrigerated drop-off points (see below) at key locations in and around London to help clients get samples back to the laboratory with a minimum of effort while still complying with sample storage regulations and time constraints.

We work closely with various specialist courier companies for those samples that need to be collected from remote or far-away places. Please call our team for further details.

All sample bottles must be labelled correctly and tightly sealed and submitted with a completed ‘Chain Of Custody Record  Form’.
